No success story skips the bloopersThis is pretty accuate as I'll go ahead and share that when I do bloopers or I studder over my own words, those are usually the times where I'll get the most engagement on my videos, hearts, likes or feedback on my posts. It proves that people perfer us NOT to be scripted, to let things in life flow naturally and people also appreciate us when we can truly be our authentic selves. My latest blooper is when I recorded video Saturday to up-date my social media accounts, rather than going out there and having pre-recorded video I faced my fears and went LIVE. I kept on studdering over my words, I lost my train of thought at one point, I forgot my name when I introduced my-self to the audience, but in the end I did the video and rather than go back and delete things thinking its NOT good enough I just rolled with the bloopers and left the video up for others to see.

🚀 Exciting New Episode Alert! 🚀Tune in to the latest episode of Advancing With Amy / Mental Health Warrior & Neurospicy Mama, where I had an insightful conversation with breath work expert, John Hall. In this episode, John dives deep into powerful breathing techniques and the significant impact they can have on our mental and physical well-being. 🌬️🧠🎙️ **Episode Highlights:**- **Belly Breathing for Safety**: Discover how belly breathing signals safety to your body, contrasted with chest breathing, which is associated with danger. Try the simple inhale (5 seconds) through the nose and exhale (7 seconds) through the mouth technique.- **Posture & Mindset**: Learn how physical posture, like smiling or adopting power poses, can positively alter decision-making and boost confidence levels.- **Breathwork Impact**: John shared transformative breath techniques used in his coaching to relieve stress, expand tolerance for adversity, and dissolve limiting beliefs.🔑 **3 Key Takeaways:**1. **Tactical, Strategic & Transformational Breathwork**: Discover how John utilizes these methods to ground in stressful moments, expand stress tolerance, and reframe limiting beliefs.2. **Understanding Stress Responses**: Gain insights into how our body’s stress responses (hyperarousal and hypoarousal) are biologically wired for survival and how everyday stress can mimic these extreme responses.3. **Physiological Benefits**: Realize the long-term health benefits of breath work, from increased oxygenation to enhanced body calmness, and how it can redirect stress responses through the vagus nerve. For more on John's techniques and to access his course "Breathe Easier," visit [JohnHallCoaching.com](https://lnkd.in/gAe63Xa5).
