  I took a sign to be laminated in the store. I was told it would be ready in a few hours. It took 3 days, and when I received the sign it had been ripped up and laminated over. I also asked for the sign to be laminated in the glossy style and it was laminated in matte. Completely disappointed.

  Came in to have photo snapshots scanned. Fedex scanned them with 8 1/2" paper model. So I had to crop EVERY SINGLE ONE myself. Should have saved myself the $70 b/c I could have done that.

  The prints themselves came out great but the entire process with the staff was abysmal. I came in two different days to try and print dust jackets and had to start all over because the files didn’t save. The man who I assume was a manager was extremely confused, condescending, and at times rude when working with him on my order. I was there in the store the second day for over an hour and a half just trying to explain the files and what to print.
