  Printed a batch of 5x7 cards. Team menbers cut over .2 inches off the width of design and design itself was off. The file I sent to print was exactly to scale and size and I gave 4 days to complete this order. Whenever I order a custom cut design through FedEx, there is always a size error or design distortion.

  I came in with a big order of printing addresses on our wedding invite envelopes. I knew it would be tricky and was anxious to even ask about it...but then I was greeted by Alesia, who was warm and kind and so down to earth. She was transparent and open about the potential concerns she had with printing, but made the whole experience SO MUCH better. Low and behold, the envelopes turned out perfect - but working with Alesia was the best part of it all. She was a bright beam of light and Fed Ex is lucky to have her!

  Clifford is a patient guy, the large copier got jammed and he engaged in casual conversation while he fixed the jam and was able to complete the task I needed all while being pleasant despite technology not being on our side in that moment.   Wish I would recall his name, who assisted me. Has been with Kinko's and FedEx Office a long time. (The younger person behind a computer nearest to the front did not even acknowledge me, I didn't know which counter to be at.) Only drawback of the visit: I was stunned to see that the branch had moved to the crowded area southeast of 72nd and Dodge Streets. The previous location on Dodge Street had much easier parking and access.
