With the onset of COVID, Iain led the business’ response, partnering with landlords to deliver a further $2.5m in rental savings in FY21. Iain acted as Project Lead during Swarovski’s 2020 transformational brand elevation, orchestrating the ANZ market business plan, and presenting to the Global Management Board.
