Looking for internet provider recommendations. Have @Uverse now but my line got cut by construction and they can’t even come help me for at least 2 days (meaning 3 days unable to WFH or Virtual School for kids). Need someone with better support.

Hour 52 of no internet. @ATT still says there’s no outage, but at least they’re sending a technician out today. The funny thing is that I have had zero internet issues for the last year, but the day my internet died is also the day my 1-year contract with AT&T ended.

@ATT I’m trying to cancel my svc. I live in rural USA. 11+ yrs and still on dsl internet. Just like it’s not economically viable to run high speed internet down here, it’s no longer economically viable for me to continue using this. I know why it is so hard to canx but damn.
