@DominionEnergy power supposed to be turned on yesterday and no one came. called yesterday evening and said they couldn’t help me and i needed to call back at 8am. called and now no one is helping us resolve the situation and we are out of power until TBD?!

@DominionEnergy I am trying to “re-register” my office accounts and it’s not working. It is impossible to reach a human today and I left the call back # at office 2 hours ago and said would call by now - no call yet. What is going on?! I have people waiting on this Re-reg!!!

Seriously, @DominionEnergy has a total systems outage. I have been trying to pay a bill for more than a week, and they keep hanging up on me. It's due to a system upgrade that CAN'T have gone as planned...

@DominionEnergy Yes I have power now, it took 24 hours, never having updates until people came out to fix.It was a lead from the transformer to my house. So it was only me that had problems and no neighbors.
