  Dr. Pfluger is an incredible professor who has funny lectures and extremely clear grading standards. The group project was challenging because you get graded as a group and have to pick up after freeloaders, but if you communicate with Dr. Pfluger, he'll help you succeed. An A is easy if you follow his criteria, which is clearly communicated.

  Literally, as long as you read the instructions and listen to his feedback this is an easy 'A'. I was nervous to take this class after seeing the tough grader remarks--but I think some of y'all genuinely need to read the syllabus. He's a very nice and understanding professor, totally willing to work with you.

  You can't miss his class even once or he lowers your grade. He doesn't scale exams, even when the entire class did not do well. Quizzes are due before class but he only ever covers one of the lectures so you have to teach yourself the rest of the material. Takes averages of quiz grades instead of highest. I genuinely wish I never took his class.

  The TAs and the professor are very picky graders on individual assignments and group projects. The class load itself is manageable but the grading is extremely odd which my group members and I all agreed on. Email the professor if you miss an assignment or need help with anything. The TAs are not helpful at all and are pickier than the professor.

  The assignments were easy but he graded so harshly. Other students felt the same way. His instructions are not clear for the group projects. For example, he took off points for something on our video presentation the first time but the second time he took off points for something completely different that he did not mention on our first video.

  It is a stretch to call him a teacher. The only tests you take are the ones in the textbook that you have to buy, he creates nothing. You do work on a weekly short answer questions and a few group projects but all he grades is APA formatting. Records one ~25 minute lecture per module that is useless. I got an A but this guys just phones it in.

  One of my absolute favorite professors. The work is difficult and he grades even harder, this is definitely not a class you can blow off. However, the amount of professional development that came out of this course was awesome. One of the few classes where I felt like I actually learned something useful.

  If you are getting your degree to learn about business management, then this is an excellent class (maybe not if just looking to skate by and learn nothing). The writing and in-class presentations were engaging and a tremendous learning experience (lots of opportunities to improve public speaking skills). Great 1st class/MBA overview/introduction.

  I wouldnt recommend taking this Professor. He grades very hard even on discussion posts. The group project with the students from other countries are terrible and confusing. Its hard to have zoom meetings because there is a 7/8 hour time difference with us and them. Overall the class is awful. The assignments are not hard but he grades terrible.

  The way his class is set up is that there is one big group project that is not initially difficult but confusing overall. There are two types of homework usually every two weeks that take time to complete. There are also group discussion assignments that you have to present in front of the class as well and two exams for the class.

  Discussion posts every week along with an assignment and a quiz. The tests are too terrible. You have to put effort into every discussion posts in order to get a good grade. There is a TERRIBLE international project that you have to do and apparently the international teachers have different expectations, so those students made it so difficult.

  Pfluger demands that you be clear and concise in your submissions for his class, but fails to be clear and concise on how he wants it formatted and how he intends to grade. He provides a detailed criteria which he sticks to. He gives assignments and expects the student to go on a scavenger hunt into the syllabus to see how it should be formatted.
